TRAIN TO HATYAI

Hello everyone tonight i'm going to share with you guys my very first experience travelling by train to Hatyai, Thailand. Yes by train! Seriously?? As you guys know, we can go to Hatyai by car, bus, train and also airplane but this time I went there by train TADAA.

My journey began with me, my mother and her few other friends gathered at KL Central because we were going to take the ETS train to Padang Besar. By 11pm we boarded the train and at that moment I was so ready to sleep... but the train suddenly stopped one hour after the train departed from KL central..... At that moment I was still up and suddenly the conductor of the train said that he accidentally hit someone. What?? So the train stopped and we were stranded there for like an hour before continuing our journey to Padang Besar. It feelt like I'm was in some horror movie, I felt like crying that time :(. At 6.30am in the morning, we arrived at Padang Besar and then we need to cross the border of Malaysia-Thailand  and then take a bus to Hatyai. It took about 1 hour and 15 minutes for us to reach Hatyai from the border.

After we arrived in Hatyai, the first thing we did was going to a Halal Thai restaurant for breakfast and WOW I was very surprised at that time looking at all those Thailand dishes they look so..... colorful because my stomach isn't the type of strong stomach so I decided to just have some rice and meat soup for that morning. I was too tired by the train ride last night plus the feeling of anxious and traumatized by the tragedy that happened during our journey. Then, after having breakfast we proceeded to the souvenir shop, some Thailand food factory, and bee farm.  After visiting all those places, we finally got the chance to check-in to our hotel. The hotel was awesome because it is located at the center of the town. There are many small shops, massage spa and most importantly food stalls and surprisingly there were many Halal food stalls.

The next day, we continued our journey in Hatyai and we also got the chance to visit Songhkla beach. Honestly Thailand serves you the best scenery and the food in Thailand are undeniably delicious. hehe that's why i love going to Thailand because of their food. We went to the famous floating market. Literally all the food that are sold there are Halal food so you can just easily buy the food there.

On the last day, we headed back to the border and travel back to Malaysia. I felt so tired because we needed to climb a very steep and high staircase while carrying our luggage, because there is no lift or escalator at the border . So guys, if you are planning to go to Hatyai by train, make sure you don't bring heavy or big luggage okay...

There you go my dramatic travelling experience which I call it train to Hatyai just like the movie Train to Busan :p
